Always a pleasure having Laila do my hair. She really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. My hair looks and feels incredible! The colour is perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The salon itself has such a great vibe - relaxing and stylish. Laila was truly phenomenal with my appointment. I was really nervous for it and did not know what to do, she was really patient with me and made sure i had options and explained all the processes really thoroughly. From my son's perspective, he absolutely loved the experience—his favourite part was the hair wash and head massage. As his mum, and knowing his autism, the whole visit was beyond magnificent. It was amazing to see him have such a positive experience instead of the usual stress around haircuts. He even said he’d love to go back and have the same stylist again. He really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand. Most importantly, he didn’t feel judged or uncomfortable, and that means everything to us. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love my haircut! Ally is pure magic. I left the salon and immediately got stopped by someone who thought I worked there asking about what kinds of haircuts we offer!! Very flattered. Ally was super kind and understanding about what I needed and I trust her implicitly with my curls. My hair feels great and looks great and feels so fresh and right, thank you so much Ally!

Absolutely lovely staff and fantastic work. I was there for a few hours getting a cut and colour, and everyone I saw come through, including myself, were all treated with warmth and kindness, looked after really well, and walked out looking great. Couldn't speak highly enough of my experience, I'll definitely be back again and again.

I had a great experience at this salon - very professional without being pretentious. Ally cut my hair and did a wonderful job. Even though it was the end of the day, they were patient and took the time to understand my hair needs. Very happy with the outcome and will be back - thank you Ally!

I can’t possibly speak highly enough. I was so scared to undergo the long to short change, having not been to an actual hairdresser since 2020. I just happened to end up at Bark Hair on a whim from google reviews… I’m so, so glad I chose to go with you and of course with Lailah - they were able to give me exactly what I had asked for / shown reference images for and I have left completely and utterly happy. Even in accomodating my request to have a touch extra length off a few days later, literally every person I spoke to was fantastic. I will absolutely be back whenever I need anything done. Genuinely just thank you so much.

My partner and I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and had an incredible experience. We spoke to Em on the phone who talked us through what to book and made the booking so we could both have our hair done at the same time. Thank you so much Reet (and Layla) for working with me to get my colour perfect! My colour didn't turn out as expected after my first appointment, and Reet and the team were wonderful in re-toning and adding some extra foils to get my colour profile perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was great throughout, and Reet is such a beautiful, gentle and friendly person.
